Delete your account and data

You can ask Asas Al-Qarar to delete an application account and the personal data associated with it. This is the page to use for that request.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to appsupport@asasalqarar.com from the email address registered on the account.
  2. Use the subject “Account deletion request”. Name the app, and include the phone number on the account if there is one.
  3. We use the registered email to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. If the message comes from a different address, we will ask you to write again from the registered one before we delete anything.
  4. We complete the deletion within 30 days and send a short confirmation to that email.

What we delete

  • The account profile, including the name, email address, and phone number held for that account.
  • Content and other data you submitted in the app and that we hold for that account.
  • Personal data linked to the account that we are not required to keep.

What we may keep

Some records stay for a limited time because the law, or a legal claim, requires it. When that period ends, we delete or anonymize them.

  • Invoices and similar accounting records for the period Saudi law requires.
  • Security logs kept to investigate abuse, fraud, or an incident affecting the service.

Timeframe

We process a complete request within 30 days of receiving it from the registered email. Removing the app from your phone does not delete the account. The request above does.
