These terms apply to the website at https://asasalqarar.com and to the mobile applications published by ASAS AL-QARAR TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY ("Asas Al-Qarar", "we", "us"). They are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the website or an app, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement
If you use the website or an app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the apps. If you use them for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that organization.
2. The website and the apps
We provide a company website and mobile applications, together with the support described on the Support page. Features can change as we maintain and improve them. A particular app may have additional terms shown in the app or on its store listing. If those terms conflict with this page on a point that applies only to that app, the terms shown in the app apply to that point.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us at appsupport@asasalqarar.com if you believe someone else is using your account.
You may ask us to delete an account as described on the Delete Account page. Deleting an app from a device does not by itself delete the account on our side.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, or infringe another person’s rights, while using the website or an app.
- Attempt to gain access to an account, system, or data that is not yours.
- Interfere with the website or an app, including by probing, scanning, or overloading it.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.

The website, the apps, and their text, design, and code are owned by Asas Al-Qarar or used under licence. You receive a limited right to use them for their intended purpose. You may not copy them for a competing product, or remove notices that identify the owner, unless the law allows it.
Content you submit remains yours. You give us the permission we need to host and display that content so we can operate the service you asked for.
6. Third-party services
The website and the apps may link to, or sign you in through, services we do not operate, such as Apple, Google, a payment provider, or a map. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.
7. Disclaimers
We work to keep the website and the apps available and accurate. They are provided as they are, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Information on the website is general and is not a formal offer unless we confirm it in writing.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
